You Forgot Your Common Sense

Now that cuffing season is among us, some of you will be getting the random offers to hang out, be taken out

How do you turn down the offer without being a complete asshole? After all some of you may need to keep the option open in case you’re not cuffed up within a reasonable amount of time by the prospect you’re looking for.

Remind them over and over about being a friend-nothing sends the ‘not interested’ message like being clearly put in the friend zone

HE: Do you think it was fate which brought us together?
SHE: Nah, it was plain bad luck!

HE: Can I have your name?
SHE: Why, don’t you already have one?

Man: Where have you been all my life?
Woman: Hiding from you.

 My life is too complicated right now. – I don’t want you spending the whole night or else you may hear phone calls from all the other guys I’m seeing.

I’ve got a boyfriend. – I prefer my male cat and a half gallon of Ben and Jerry’s.

Man: “Haven’t we met before?”  Woman: “Yes, I’m the receptionist at the V.D. Clinic.

It’s not you, it’s me.- It’s you.

I’m concentrating on my career. – Even something as boring and un-fulfilling as my job is better than dating you.
