You Forgot Your Common Sense

I do not understand the mindset of “I’m doing this (whatever this is) for the people that want to see me fail.”

Why would you do that? Why would you put your efforts, blood, sweat and tears into something for the people who don’t support you and probably don’t even like you? That’s  slap in the face to the people that actually want to see you succeed. I understand it can be “motivating” to prove people wrong, but if you’re working for other people, to make them money, prove them right or wrong you’re setting yourself up.
